These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DisputeQ ("we," "us," or "our") and the services we provide. By using DisputeQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
DisputeQ provides AI-powered dispute resolution guidance, document templates, and communication tools to help individuals and small businesses navigate billing, landlord, and service disputes. We are not a law firm, and using DisputeQ does not create an attorney-client relationship.
DisputeQ provides informational guidance and template documents only. Nothing on our platform constitutes legal advice. We do not review your specific legal situation, and we are not responsible for how you use our guidance or templates. By using DisputeQ, you represent that:
DisputeQ does not guarantee that any dispute will be resolved in your favor, that any letter generated will produce a specific result, or that the opposing party will respond or take any action. Dispute outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the opposing party's conduct, applicable law, and the facts of your situation.

The DisputeQ platform, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by DisputeQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform content without written permission.
DisputeQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DisputeQ's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 USD or (b) the total amount you have paid to DisputeQ in the past 12 months. In no event shall DisputeQ be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DisputeQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of DisputeQ, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use DisputeQ ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of DisputeQ after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of DisputeQ shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
